Antony has 30 years of professional experience in the Energy & Technology Industries supporting his role as Symtotal’s Director of Sales & Marketing. Developing trusted partnerships with Clients and working closely with them to fully understand their needs supports his passion for identifying the best solutions for their operations, and underpins Antony’s commitment to the Business.

Antony is renowned for his energetic work ethic, focus on delivery, and strategic foresight which have helped him enjoy a successful professional career with major international operators, contractors and construction companies in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. He has an impressive track record with new technology development having filed patent applications, and undertaken research & design.

Antony is … experienced with Company start-ups, having co-founded an energy exploration company in Central Europe, securing permits to a major energy resource, raising capital, and winning financial support from the Australian Government’s energy technology research & design department.

Mr Navalkar has 40 years of professional experience in the field of engineering, eoftware and multidisciplinary engineering and software combined projects. As Director of Technology at Symtotal, he brings a wealth of experience to execute Industry 4.0 projects, where the Industry benefits due to technology advances in Engineering Software using the power of Internet.

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from I.I.T. Bombay (Mumbai) and is formally trained on Computer Systems and Management from the Institute of Computer Management, Ahmedabad, Trained in LON Work System from Advanced Micronics (Echelon), Bangalore, Ladder Logic for Programmable Logic Controllers, from Siemens.

In 1985, Mr Navalkar founded DFX Systems Pvt Ltd, providing software and engineering based consultancy solutions. Under his leadership and able guidance, DFX has completed over 100 Engineering and software projects. In addition, Mr Navalkar has been involved in design and implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) and telemetry systems in water distribution projects (NTADCL Tirupur and MIHAN) and has designed and implemented several automation projects for energy conservation.
